Merki supports enterprises that need inference at scale, with the agreements and guarantees that procurement and security teams ask for.
What enterprises get
- A service level agreement. See Service level agreement.
- A data processing agreement. See Data processing agreement.
- Volume credit pricing: 10% off at 10,000 USD/mo, 20% off at 50,000 USD/mo, custom above. Committed-use pricing on request.
- Invoiced billing with net-30 terms, in addition to prepaid credits.
- Onboarding support for hosted models and BYOK routes.
- The same key-safety guarantees as every other tier: automatic revocation on git commit or public exposure, and zero data retention except caching.
Security and data
Enterprises can use BYOK so that inference runs on a provider they already have a direct agreement with. Data handling is unchanged: see Zero data retention and the retention matrix.
